Transfers to the airport and secured car parking information:
Transfers to and from airport: Transfers are operated by the Heathrow Hoppa and operate from the Holiday Inn Ariel (next door to the Berkeley Apartments). This service operates every 10 - 15 minutes and journey time to airport is 6 - 20 minutes.
Timings of transfers: The Heathrow Hoppa provides transfers to & from the hotel between 05.42 - 23.20 to terminals 1, 2 & 3. Customers travelling to & from terminal 4 must take the Hoppa to/from Terminals 1,2 & 3 and use the Heathrow Express train, which runs between 05.00 - 23.45 between Terminals 1,2 & 3 and Terminal 4, free of charge, every 15 minutes, taking around 7 minutes. Timings are subject to change. Hoppa tickets are sold at the Holiday Inn Ariel hotel and terminals. £3 per person one way and £5 per person return, (children under 5 free, 1 child 5-15 free with each adult).
Holiday / Business Parking: If using the secured parking option customers park overnight at the hotel. Reception will give you a voucher to exchange for long term parking. In the morning you take your car and voucher to Parking Express, a secured long term car park at the airport, which provides transfers to and from the airport 24 hours a day to all terminals. After the 8 or 15 day options parking is charged at the car parks standard daily rate. N.B If using the secured parking inclusive package and staying only on your return from holiday you must go to the hotel reception before parking your car to collect your long term parking voucher. |
